The WSW's artistic and literary journal, The Binnewater Tides, published annually, is distributed to 5,000 households nationally and serves as a forum and a resource to a national audience of rural and city-based artists. Its concerns encompass dialogue on censorship, the environment, cultural diversity and aesthetics. Its features include criticism, essays, reviews, artwork, and poetry and fiction by locally and nationally acclaimed authors. Originating from a rural perspective, The Binnewater Tides frequently addresses issues which are overlooked or summarily dealt with in mainstream art journals.
