I was then showing on W 57thStreet at the Schmidt Bingham Gallery for 5 years where I had 1 solo exhibition and participated in numerous group shows. Then moved on to Art 101 in Williamsburg, Brooklyn where I had two 1-woman exhibitions and was part of numerous group shows. My work is included in such corporate collections as AT&T and Exon Mobil.
Artists Statement
My work has always been a combination of nature and abstraction. My recent paintings convey a living, organic abstraction. They refer to both the dynamic microcosm of nature in cells and molecules along with the macrocosm of the oceans, planets and the universe.. It’s what I call “otherworldly abstraction.†My work has been shown in New York, Washington, D.C. and Connecticut and is part of such major corporate collections as Met Life, AT&T and Exxon Mobil.
