Artists Statement
My work seeks to capture the best of my thoughts and translate them into the language of color and form that invites dialogue in the human marketplace of ideas. I paint and work with other mediums, including installations. Whatever, the medium the goal is communicate and express. The different mediums are used as a vehicle to “bear witness†to the world around me as suggested by James Baldwin.
